Tiny Reflections

Paypal is the shit. I like having the option of not giving every site I want to buy something from my credit card information. Paypal makes it easy for me to have that info in one place. I am very careful too, because I change my password frequently to keep hackers at bay. Ebay is one of my favorite sites to buy from. I can get whatever I need without having to pay for shipping most of the time. I just bought a bunch of movies that I had wanted for a long time.

I got all of the Lethal Weapon movies, as well as the Alien vs Predator movies.  I prefer action and sci-fi movies myself. I think I will spend this weekend vegging out in front of the TV watching these movies and pigging out on popcorn and shit. Maybe I will invite my brother over to hang out. I have a pool table as well, so we will probably work on our pool games too. We can have a guy weekend and just hang out. We can also invite a few of the other guys to play poker tomorrow night and rake in some cash. I always win when we play poker.

Well that is that. The Giants won the fucking super bowl and the Pats go home with their heads hanging down, but not too much. They put up a good fight and the game was really close, but they just couldn’t take the Giants. I am like all men sad that the season is over, but looking forward to next year. In the meantime there is basketball, baseball, and Nascar to keep me occupied. I never really lack for a sport to watch and my cable sports package makes sure that I am always in touch with what is happening in the sports world.

I am glad that spring is almost here, because it is almost fishing season too. I love to fish and plan on spending a lot of time on the river this year. Last year I caught a really big catfish that surprised even me in it’s size. He weighed over seventy five pounds and was almost six feet long. Way to go me ! Fortunately I have pictures to prove my big fish story or no  one would believe it. I think it is time to plan my weekend. What to do? Watch Nascar? Or go fishing? hmmmm

I can’t wait for the fucking Super Bowl. It is the high point of every mans year. We wait all year for football season, then root for our favorite team and pray like we never have before that our team goes to the super bowl. This year the competing teams are the New England Patriots and the New York Giants. Neither of those teams are my particular favorites and shit, but I will have to pick one to root for so I can enjoy the game better. That is usually how it goes if your team doesn’t make it. I haven’t made any set plans for game day, but I am considering hosting a little get together here at my place.

I was thinking of having either a BBQ or just ordering some pizza. I am leaning more towards the pizza so I can concentrate on the game, but as I really don’t care who wins it is not imperative that I not miss a thing. I don’t have a big screen TV though, so I was thinking maybe I could rent one for a week or so. Rent a center has them right now with very good deals. I will think more about it before I make a commitment though. Have a great day.

I just bought myself a new Ipod, and I love this shit. I can do so much more with this one. I can watch movies on it, go online, chat with friends, play games. It has a touch screen and holds a massive amount of data. Of course it cost an arm and a leg, but it was worth it.

Ok, when it comes to food guys can be just as fucking picky as women, and I am definitely picky. I like my food and want it just the way I want it. So tonight I am going to have dinner at T.G.I. Fridays. You just can’t beat their food or atmosphere. The appetizers alone are enough to fill you up and if you have a hearty appetite you will definitely be full when you leave there. Time to go eat…I’m out !
